SEM is an award-winning, sustainability-led eatery from Lisbon. Dan Shake, a little closer to home, brings a signature DJ style built around connection and crowd energy from start to finish.
The night begins with a multi-course set menu, with SEM leading the kitchen and Dan pairing each dish with records from his extensive collection. After dinner, we clear the floor and carry the night into the new year — dancing by candlelight on Charlotte Street.
